⭐️⭐️⭐️ REVIEW: A Love Song for Dreamers by Piper Lawson

We’ve seen this couple grow and mature over the course of several years, stumbling every time they take a step forward and learning from it. Lawson’s writing skill makes it a compelling read, drawing you in and playing with your emotions. But, if I’m being honest, I started to lose my love for this couple in the second book of the trilogy, and this didn’t build it back up. There have been one or two too many separations, and each one made my love for them die a little bit more. I still absolutely love Lawson’s writing style and I’m happy with how Dreamers wraps things up, but I’m ready to move on from Tyler and Annie.

Normally, I’d give a few details about the storyline, but this picks up after quite the cliffhanger, so I’m just going to skip that part. Books one and two are definitely required reading to understand Tyler and Annie’s complicated relationship. Their romance is gripping, angsty, and will put you through a whole range of feelings. It’s for those readers who love heartache and all of the twists and turns that come with a truly emotional read.

While this love story wasn’t a total win for me, Lawson knows how to write a great tension-filled romance, making the pages fly by and keeping you invested. I loved seeing Tyler and Annie learn and grow from their experiences, even if I didn’t always love their actions. Their HEA is hard-won, but it seems like they might finally be in a place where they can make things last. Lawson’s a very skilled author, and I look forward to whatever she writes next.
