It’s looking like a great week for new releases! March goes out with a bang, with new books from some of my favorite authors. It’s also sort of the calm before the storm, because April is PACKED with new releases. Be sure to clear out some room on your TBR – my April release calendar will go up this weekend, and it is just filled with exciting books! Details on some of the books releasing in the next week below.
March 27: Oops, I’ve Fallen by Max Monroe
If my time with Ryan Miller were a hit track on the radio, I imagine the lyrics would go something like this…
“We’re so different, but they say opposites attract. Oops, I’ve fallen, and my heart doesn’t want to come back.”
But, holy bingo night, is my attraction to the sexy, broody businessman so much more complicated than the chorus of a song.
His dad lives right next to my mom, and after the two of them suffered an unexplained accident while taking down holiday decorations, both Ryan and I were forced to become the only thirtysomething residents of Sunny Creek Village Independent Senior Living Community.
Temporarily moving in might seem like overkill for a fractured tailbone and a severely pulled groin muscle, but believe me, when your mom is as wild as mine and your dad is as cantankerous as Ryan’s, they need supervision to ensure they stick to doctor’s orders.
Constantly thrown together by the antics of our crazy parents and the tough-as-nails community enforcer, Betty Matthews, Ryan and I formed an alliance for the sole purpose of survival.
But I never expected to be so interested in finding out what he was hiding beneath his grumpy, serious demeanor. More than that, I never dreamed what I found would be the kind of man women sell their souls to the devil for.
Unfortunately, our little one-hit wonder on the airwaves has more to say before it comes to an end.
Although, finishing the outro to this song is a real doozy…
Tell me…what lyric rhymes with Oops, I’ve fallen for my future stepbrother?
March 30: The Rebel by Kendall Ryan
Six years ago, Eden barged into my life and turned everything upside down.
We spent one scorching-hot night together, and then she disappeared into the sunset with the golden jock everyone adored. Which makes sense, right? A girl as beautiful and brilliant as Eden Wynn doesn’t end up with a rebel like me.
I expected them to live happily ever after, but that’s not what happened. She’s back in my life—and tempting me like no one else has. And while I’m certain I’ll only tarnish her shine, I want her.
I’d heard the old notion that one night held the power to change everything. I just never believed it.
I’m public enemy number one.
Turns out, the East Coast is protective of their hockey team and very vocal about not wanting a young female owner. Well, too bad, because this team is all Grandpa Wynn left me, and I have no intention of walking away.
Enter my new head of security, Holt Rossi. My history with him is . . . complicated. Chemistry reignites between us while the world waits for me to stumble.
He’s supposed to protect me—but who will protect my heart from him?
Warning: This romance contains one growly, broken hero; a bunch of rowdy hockey players; and a smart, hardworking heroine whose life hasn’t been all sunshine and rainbows. This is a no-cheating, scorching-hot love story with a guaranteed HEA.
March 30: Back in the Burbs by Tracy Wolff & Avery Flynn
Two powerhouse authors bring you a hilarious tale of one woman’s journey to find herself again.
Ever have one of those days where life just plain sucks? Welcome to my last three months—ever since I caught my can’t-be-soon-enough ex-husband cheating with his paralegal. I’m thirty-five years old, and I’ve lost my NYC apartment, my job, my money, and frankly, my dignity.
But the final heartache in the suck sandwich of my life? My great-aunt Maggie died. The only family member who’s ever gotten me.
Even after death, though, she’s helping me get back up. She’s willed me the keys to a house in the burbs, of all places, and dared me to grab life by the family jewels. Well, I’ve got the vise grips already in hand (my ex should take note) and I’m ready to fight for my life again.
Too bad that bravado only lasts as long as it takes to drive into Huckleberry Hills. And see the house.
There are forty-seven separate HOA violations, and I feel them all in my bones. Honestly, I’m surprised no one’s “accidentally” torched the house yet. I want to, and I’ve only been standing in front of it for five minutes. But then my hot, grumpy neighbor tells me to mow the lawn first and I’m just…done. Done with men too sexy for their own good and done with anyone telling me what to do.
First rule of surviving the burbs? There is nothing that YouTube and a glass of wine can’t conquer.
March 30: Hard to Lose by K. Bromberg
New York Times bestselling author, K. Bromberg, returns in the final standalone in the Play Hard world with a sexy war veteran and a sports agent who thinks she’s too busy for love.
It was a simple letter lost in transit. A thank you and an apology received five years too late.
Something about that letter from the baseball pitching phenom turned enlisted soldier, wouldn’t let go of Chase Kincade.
She had to know how his story ended.
March 30: Big Dick Energy by Cindi Madsen
Sick of being talked over and disregarded at work, I resolve to exude the same confidence as the males who perpetually get promoted over me. While honing my Big Dick Energy skills at a bar with my friends, I rebuff the advances of a man who embodies the definition. Hot. Cocky. Swagger for days. It’s a no from me, and his shock indicates he’s not often rejected.
The joke’s on me when I discover he’s my new business partner. After the months it took to land the account, I refuse to apologize to Archer York, backdown during meetings where we constantly clash, or do anything that’d make me seem weak—although my knees feel anything but strong around the guy. But as our frustrating encounters turn flirty, I wonder if it’d be so bad to throw decorum out the window and do what alpha guys do best—think with their dicks.
March 31: My True Love by Melissa Foster
Can a man who resents the hand he’s been dealt and a woman who spends her days grateful for every little thing find true love in each other’s arms—or are their differences stronger than both of them? Find out in this funny, sexy, heartfelt romance, and fall in love with Grant and Jules on the sandy shores of Silver Island, home to coffee shops, boat races, and midnight rendezvous.
Even war heroes need a little help sometimes…
After spending years fighting for his country and too damn long learning to navigate life with a prosthetic leg, Grant Silver returns to Silver Island to figure out a future he couldn’t fathom without fatigues and a gun in his hand. He’d almost forgotten how a man could suffocate from the warmth and caring community in which he’d grown up, and if that weren’t bad enough, his buddies’ beautiful and far-too-chipper younger sister won’t stop flitting into his life, trying to sprinkle happy dust everywhere she goes.
As a cancer survivor, Jules Steele knows better than to count on seeing tomorrow. She doesn’t take a single moment for granted, and she isn’t about to let a man who used to be charming and full of life waste the future he’s been blessed with. She’s determined to get through to him, even if it takes a few steamy kisses…
April 1: Horn of Plenty by Krista Sandor
Cal Horner screwed up—big time. But he had no choice.
In the final installment of the Farm to Mabel Duet, everything is on the line.
Cal’s spent the last four years trying to get Mabel Muldowney out of his head. She left for the city like a thief in the night, then returned to Elverna like a wrecking ball.
Despite Mabel’s ridiculously expensive shoes and disturbingly enormous designer hats, he can’t keep his hands off her.
There’s no denying the attraction that sizzles between them.
He shouldn’t let his guard down. He shouldn’t lose himself in her sky-blue eyes.
But he did.
Would she trade hay bales for haute couture in the blink of an eye?
The farm girl inside Mabel Muldowney is still in there. He’s seen the love of the land flash in her eyes.
If there’s a way to change her heart, he’ll find it. He has to redeem himself.
The last place Mabel thinks she wants to be is at the farm table. The question is, can he convince her that it’s exactly where she belongs?
Author note: Horn of Plenty is book two of the Farm to Mabel Duet. Readers will want to start with Book One: Farm to Mabel before reading Horn of Plenty.
