May 3: Promise to Love You by J. Saman – hoping to review

He’s also the man I grew to hate him after a one-night stand went horribly wrong. I’ve spent the last three years successfully dodging him like a bullet.
Now, fresh out of a bad relationship and living in a new city, I finally feel like I’m starting to get myself together. And when an opportunity to produce Wild Minds’ newest album presents itself, I can’t help but jump at the chance of a lifetime.
Even if it comes with a caveat.
Three weeks in Hawaii, an impossible to meet deadline, and Henry Gauthier.
Eden Dawson: Spitfire. Stunning. My best friend’s sister. And the bane of my existence.
I’ll be the first to admit three years ago I messed up. I shouldn’t have touched her.
Sort of like now. Because my best friend, my bandmate, made me promise that when it comes to his baby sister, I keep my hands to myself.
Only a woman like her is impossible to resist. And before I know it, despite my best efforts, we’re doing all manner of dirty things to each other.
We vow this only a temporary fling. Promising that no matter what, love is off the table.
Now, I have to make sure two things don’t happen. One, I don’t break my promise to her. Two, her brother doesn’t find out I already broke the one I made to him.

He’s anything but charming.
I’ve never been the girl who’s dreamt of a prince rescuing me from a fire-breathing dragon before whisking me away to his castle.

But the night I encounter—and accidentally wallop upside the head—Prince Olivier of Salasia, my plans are completely upended.
This prince is the opposite of charming, though. After thirty seconds in his presence, I want to feed him to a dragon.
But fate is a fickle b*tch. Before I know it, I agree to team up with Olivier in the search for my dad.
As I travel across Europe with this actual honest-to-god prince, I wonder, what’s the worst that could happen?
It’s not like I’ll be stupid enough to fall in love with Prince Charming.
May 4: The Secret Bridesmaid by Katy Birchall – review coming!
Matrimony meets mayhem in a modern British romcom about a young woman charged with pulling off the biggest aristocratic wedding of the year––and the misadventures that ensue.
Sophie Breeze is a brilliant bridesmaid. So brilliant, in fact, that she’s made it her full-time job.
As a professional bridesmaid, Sophie is hired by London brides to be their right-hand woman, posing as a friend but working behind the scenes to help plan the perfect wedding and ensure their big day goes off without a hitch. When she’s hired by Lady Victoria Swann––a former model and “It Girl” of 1970’s London; now the Marchioness of Meade––for the society wedding of the year, it should be a chance for Sophie to prove just how talented she is.
Of course, it’s not ideal that the bride, Lady Victoria’s daughter, Cordelia, is an absolute diva and determined to make Sophie’s life a nightmare. It’s also a bit inconvenient that Sophie finds herself drawn to Cordelia’s posh older brother, who is absolutely off limits. But when a rival society wedding is announced for the very same day, things start to get…well, complicated.
Can Sophie pull off the biggest challenge of her career––execute a high-profile gala for four hundred and fifty guests in record time, win over a reluctant bride, and catch the eye of handsome Lord Swann––all while keeping her true identity a secret, and her dignity intact?
Heartwarming and hilarious, Katy Birchall’s The Secret Bridesmaid celebrates the joys (and foibles) of weddings, the nuances of female friendship, and the redeeming power of love in its many unexpected forms.

The No Vacancy sign is flashing & the sharks are circling…

The Brentwood Boys have come together in a three book box series. Over 300,000 words of delicious baseball players with a mouth-watering epilogue of where they are now. Marriage? Maybe. Babies? Possibly. Abs? Oh yes, they still have abs.
The Locker Room
Have you heard the rumor around campus about the locker room?
Legend has it if you bring a girl into the sacred after-game domain of the baseball locker room, it will end with a walk down the aisle.
So when the girl I’ve fallen for brushes me off, I start to question if I need to switch my way of thinking. Maybe it’s time I finally hand out a coveted invitation to the locker room.
The only question is, will she accept?
Let me ask you a question:
If someone is vying for your spot on a team and just so happens to injure you during practice, would you believe it was on purpose?
Word around campus is . . . it was no accident.
That injury has cost me everything. Now, I’m a senior fresh off recovery, struggling to find my groove, until the day I run into The Baseball Whisperer, Milly Potter.
Little do we both know, she’s about to become more than just my fairy ballmother.
Want to know a secret?
That boy over there, the one with the spectacular backside, yeah, I first saw him in college, talking to his friends. Tall, broad, sculpted by his many hours in the weight room. His personality was larger than life and I was too shy to approach him.
Now he’s a professional baseball player, I’m a confident CEO, but my crush is still strong. yup, massive crush.
I have a chance at winning a date with him.
Should I enter?
May 6: The Heartbreaker by Claire Contreras
They say you never forget your first.
Jagger Cruz, the popular, gorgeous, athletic, heartbreaker, was my introduction to college flings.
Over the years, I’ve tried to pay no attention to every wicked rumor I heard about him, even though deep down I knew they weren’t just rumors. Unable to face the consequences of what we’d done, if we were ever in close quarters, I ran in the other direction. If we were coincidentally put in the same class, I dropped it. Avoidance was the name of the game and so far I was winning.
That is, until we’re assigned the same co-ed apartment.
Living with Jagger during my last semester was definitely not in my plans, but I’m determined to make it work. As long as I don’t look at him for too long or let his innuendos get under my skin, I should be fine, right? I have to be.
They say hooking up with your roommate can be messy, and losing my heart to Jagger would be disastrous.

May 11: Crazy For You by Lea Coll – review coming!
Renovating a bed and breakfast may build more than they imagined….
No relationships. No flings with single moms. Nothing that gets me tied down–or worse yet–heartbroken. My brother suffered through pain and heartbreak, and I’m not about to follow in those footsteps. When you get too close, you get hurt. No thanks, I’m out.
Now, I’m renovating a bed and breakfast–that was supposed to be mine. The only problem is that I’m right alongside Juliana Breslin, the one person who infuriates me the most. With her high, sexy heels, her curve-hugging business suit and her twin daughters, I am losing my mind and concentration.
Unfortunately, her little girls are the sweetest kids I’ve ever met. They manage to wrap their way around every one of my fingers, thawing my cold heart. I can’t help but be impressed by Julianna’s grit and determination, especially in front of her jerk of an ex. She’s under more pressure than one person can handle.
I’ll do anything for her and her girls.
Everything, other than be the man in her life.
I’m finally free of my cheating ex, living my dream of renovating a bed and breakfast.
My first contractor took my money, leaving a bigger mess than before. Nothing prepared me for the only other available contractor, Nolan Morrison. He’s irritable and close-minded–and incredibly irresistible.
I’ve fallen for the tool belt, saw dust, strong forearms, and sexy scruff before. I won’t do it again.
No matter how attracted I am to him, my girls need stability. If I date, it will be with the right guy. It will definitely not be with one so afraid of a relationship that he pushes everyone around him away.
Nolan shocks me when he draws my shy daughter out of her shell, something no one else has been able to do. Then he stands up for me in front of my ex. He’s crashing through my walls faster than I can throw them up.
Too bad we don’t want the same things—a commitment, a family, a life together. Suddenly, Nolan’s becoming everything I need.

He’s as much of a whiz in the kitchen as he is in the bedroom and soon we’ll be going head-to-head in NYC’s biggest bake off.
My one-time lover is now my enemy. I vow to loathe him for all eternity, though that would be easier if I wasn’t dying to get naked with him again.

May 11: Talk Hockey to Me by Kelly Jamieson – review coming!
They can resist their attraction…until their hearts rocket them across the blue line.
Timing. Hockey careers are made or broken on it, and mine has taken exceptionally broken road. I’m not a star. I’m a grinder, I work hard, and I’m finally at the point I can put the past behind me and get the fat, long-term contract I deserve.
But my agent—the man who stuck by me through every crash and burn—has had a heart attack. I need another agent now, or my one chance for the good money will slip through my fingers. Kate’s a rookie, but she loves the game like I do, so I pick up the phone. And I wonder if she remembers that one night in Cancun as vividly as I do.
Hockey. All my life I’ve lived it, breathed it, played it. Now it’s my business. As an agent, I’m tied to my phone at all hours, but nothing prepared me to hear Hunter’s voice. The last time I saw him—three years ago—there was a lot of bare skin and horny hormones involved.
I’ve handled it all in my short career—sexism, harassment, being broke, being laughed at. Resisting the attraction between us should be easy. Until it isn’t. And Hunter’s past shakes his confidence hard enough that he could make the worst decision at the worst possible time…

Because after my attempt to publicly stand up for those who needed it…
He destroyed my reputation.
Now, he’s come for the rest of me.
Except it’s not salvation he’s promising. It’s nights in Ibiza, under his roof, rules, his control.
I sold my soul to a man I hate. Now, he owns me.
I can’t back out. No matter what kind of punishment he has in store.
Harrison King knows my secrets…
But kings keep secrets too.

After all, her father’s never been around, her hard-partying mother disappeared when she was six, and her ex decided he wasn’t “father material” before Juno was even born. Jess holds her loved ones close, but working constantly to stay afloat is hard…and lonely.
But then Jess hears about GeneticAlly, a buzzy new DNA-based matchmaking company that’s predicted to change dating forever. Finding a soulmate through DNA? The reliability of numbers: This Jess understands.
At least she thought she did, until her test shows an unheard-of 98% compatibility with another subject in the database: GeneticAlly’s founder, Dr. River Peña. This is one number she can’t wrap her head around, because she already knows Dr. Peña. The stuck-up, stubborn man is without a doubt not her soulmate. But GeneticAlly has a proposition: Get to know him and we’ll pay you. Jess—who is barely making ends meet—is in no position to turn it down, despite her skepticism about the project and her dislike for River. As the pair are dragged from one event to the next as the “Diamond” pairing that could make GeneticAlly a mint in stock prices, Jess begins to realize that there might be more to the scientist—and the science behind a soulmate—than she thought.
Funny, warm, and full of heart, The Soulmate Equation proves that the delicate balance between fate and choice can never be calculated.

May 25: Tangled Games by T.K. Leigh
Every girl dreams of becoming a princess.
But this is no fairy tale.
When I met Anderson North, I fell in love with the man, not the title. With his heart, not the crown.
But as I step foot in the Nation of Belmont for the first time as the Crown Prince’s fiancée, I’m reminded of exactly who he is outside of the bubble we built around ourselves.
I’m reminded of exactly who I’ll need to become if I’m to survive this tangled web of antiquated rules, constant media attention, and negative publicity from a country that hates the idea of an American marrying their future king.
This may be a life of privilege and excess, but I soon learn that with notoriety comes jealousy.
With fame comes enemies.
With a crown comes a gilded cage.
I’ve always dreamed of being a princess. I didn’t realize our happily ever after would come at a price.
