It’s an office romance that promises the sexual tension and build in intimacy that we’ve seen in the other two books in the series, and I’m certainly intrigued by the dynamic. I wouldn’t really call these books a series, but we have met the hero of The Devil You Know. These books really have nothing to do with one another otherwise, so it’s certainly not required reading. HOWEVER, A Deal with the Devil was EXCELLENT (so was Devil and the Deep Blue Sea). I loved the slow burn, enemies to lovers vibes and the hero is such a lovable jerk.
