Hartl’s adult debut, Heartbreak for Hire, made my Top 20 of 2021 list, so I’ve been eagerly awaiting her next rom com. This one sounds right up my alley, and the cover is also adorable. The two books are unrelated, but I loved Heartbreak for Hire! It was such an unexpected and refreshing read, with a dose of spice and a relationship that digs deeper than it might appear on the surface. The storyline also felt so unique!
